It is very important that you have the correct shoe with the necessary specifications for these illnesses like diabetes, diabetic neuropathy, rheumatoid arthritis and other conditions, we should not auto prescribe a shoe or insoles since this in many cases could increase more the condition, or the problem, or create other health conditions in your body.  You should speak with the health experts depending on your case, so we can work better with your condition.  Remember, comfort is not negotiable.
